This branch was the first Lost Horizon Handicraft factory constructed. This milestone was based on the country’s high demand for organic felt products. The factory proved to be an economic asset, providing employment opportunities to the community, especially favoring women.

Amidst the rapid influx of orders, Lost Horizon Handicraft established a second factory in Chitwan. This was historically the first factory to become functional outside the premises of the capital city, creating several employment opportunities for residents.
