    WHAT IS FELT, AND HOW IS FELTING DONE EXACTLY?

    We purchase our 100% natural wool felt from New Zealand. Felt is a type of textile. This substance is created by matting, condensing, and pressing the wool together. There are numerous methods we might employ while felting. However, wet felting, needle felting, and sewing are the main methods employed by Lost Horizon Handicraft.

    ARE WORKERS GIVEN FAIR WAGES AND GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS?

    The Fair Trade Felt Company of Nepal, Lost Horizon Handicraft, employs felt artists make all felt craft items in our factory under open, honest working circumstances. Every artist receives thorough handwork training without any cost. We vehemently oppose child labor, and we support fair working conditions.

    ARE LOST HORIZON HANDICRAFT ITEMS CUSTOMIZABLE? IF SO, HOW DO I HANDLE IT?

    Yes! Your order may be personalized or customized by us. You can include your request in the message box to select various sizes and colors during checkout. Additional notes can be added there, and you can contact us about your order by email, WhatsApp, or other social media channels.

    WHEN WE PLACE ORDERS, DO WE GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

    You will receive an email with the order confirmation after you have placed the transaction. Within 24 hours, our sales team will check your order.

    APPROXIMATELY HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER?

    It typically takes less than 24 hours to validate and provide confirmation after your order is received. If the requested felt items are already in stock, shipping will take place within 2–3 business days. If not, the production procedure could take up to two or three weeks before the shipment.

    Please be aware that bespoke orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on your request’s size, quantity, and complexity.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES?

    Please contact us within three days of delivery if you receive any wrong or damaged products. You would receive a refund if an inaccurate order or a damaged felt good was sent to you.

    WHAT SHIPPING ALTERNATIVES DO YOU HAVE?

    Following the urgency and volume of your consignment, we provide Sea Cargo through Kolkatta Sea Port, India, Air Cargo through Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and Express Courier services with FedEx, UPS, Aramex , DHL and many more. We also transfer the shipment to the freight company you’ve designated if necessary.

    HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN OR CLEAN THINGS MADE OF FELT?

    Our Felt products are very simple to clean. An easy solution is to just dust. However, you can also clean with soapy water and a moist cloth for tougher stains. Please hand wash our felt products instead of machine wash.
